MAIL-IN MOD SERVICE
If you have purchased a mail-in mod service, please ship your controller to the following address:

Please include a print-out of your receipt with the controller for us to be able to identify your order. Make sure your order is placed with the CORRECT mailing address to ensure your controller is sent back to the correct address.
We can not begin work on your mail-in mod until we receive your controller. Therefore it is important that you mail us your controller as soon as your order is placed in order for us to get your order completed as quickly as possible.
VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING MAIL-IN XBOX 360 CONTROLLERS
Our Raptorfire chip is only compatible with CG2 Xbox controllers. To check if your controller is a CG2, remove the battery pack from the controller. There will be an open slot at the bottom near the battery springs that will allow you to see the green controller board. If your controller is a CG2 there will be a capacitor on the left side that looks like this: 
It will be labeled C15. If this capacitor is present then your controller is CG2 and is compatible with our chip. If this capacitor is NOT present then your controller will NOT be compatible with our chip and therefore can not be used for installation. Please DO NOT send us a controller for mail-in mod service if it is not a CG2. If we receive your controller and it is NOT a CG2 controller, we will return the controller to you at your expense.
